Fund Raising for an organization like ours is not an option – it is a necessity. There are a lot of hockey organizations out there that do not fund raise at all because of the hassles involved. These organizations charge considerably more per year for the same hockey experience we enjoy. Our fees are less because of fund raising. Every dollar raised through this process is one less dollar we must pay to cover our expenses.
UVHA expects all members to participate in fundraising events throughout the year. We need your help to keep this process working. Don’t wait for someone to call you for help – volunteer from the start! All Fund Raising for the Association, its teams, its players, its equipment or its facilities must be approved by the Board of Directors before it takes place.
