The UVHA Board is now in the process of planning for next season, and we need your help. Please click the link below and take a moment to complete the UVHA's 2015-2016 RegistrationIntent Form. Be sure to complete a SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH PLAYER you intend to register, as we need to account for all interested skaters. The information we gather is integral in planning and preparing for next season, and will allow us insight into how many players we have for each level / team for 2015-2016.

Once we have an understanding of the age group sizes, we can then offer open spots to players that are outside of the UVHA. We have garnered quite a bit of interest from outside players, which is a testament to the coaches, volunteers, players, and families that make up our Association. By filling out the Registration Intent form by April 1st, your player(s) will be guaranteed placement on a Storm team. After April 1st, remaining open spots will be available to players outside of the UVHA to join the Association. Again, obtaining this information is critical for accurate planning for next season, so please make sure to pass this message along.
